Pay the Bill
Pay your vet bill (or use Southern Cross Pet Easy-Claim if your vet participates). Keep the original receipt and itemised invoice.
Submit Your Claim
Log in to your insurer's website or app, fill in the claim form, and upload your invoice and clinical notes.
Receive Reimbursement
Most NZ insurers reimburse claims within 3–10 business days directly to your nominated bank account.
